The massages are intuitive: feel what you need at that moment. In advance you can indicate specific preferences and/or injuries and ask all possible questions.
The massages themselves often take place in silence so that you can really connect with your feelings.
Various massage forms are used, including relaxation massage, sports massage, Fu jing tao. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage on request.
All oils used are vegetable based and 100% organic. In addition, DoTerra essential oils are used, tailored to your preference and/or complaints. The space is cleaned with water and natural soap. There is natural ventilation and a carbon filter for during the massage to clean the space. After each session, it is aired and cleaned. All textiles used are cleaned at 60% with natural detergents.
